Artist Profile
How to set up your artist name, profile picture, social media links, store pages, and login details.
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
Your artist profile is how listeners see you. Making sure this info is correct helps us get your music to the right pages.
1. Artist or Group Name
Type your artist name exactly how you want it to look on Spotify, Apple Music, and other places.
Locked after save: Once you save your artist name the first time, it locks so stores don't get mixed up. If you need to change it later, email us and we will help.
One Artist Per Account: You can only have one artist name on your account. Make sure it is your main name.
2. Real Name (Legal Name)
Enter your real first and last name. This is private. We only use it to confirm who you are so we can send your money.
3. Where You Are From (Location)
Tell us where you are from and where you live now. You can check the box to copy the details over quickly.
4. Bio & Profile Picture
Bio: Write a short story about yourself and your music. We send this to stores and show it on your public pages.
Profile Picture: Upload a square photo (JPG or PNG) under 5MB. We will make it fit the right size automatically.
5. Store Pages (Store Mapping)
Linking your store pages makes sure your music goes to your own profiles and doesn't end up on someone else's page.
If you already have pages on Spotify, Apple Music, or Audiomack: Copy and paste your page link into your settings and click "Verify". We will check to make sure it links to your profile.
If you don't have pages yet: Just check the box that says "Not on [Store] yet". When your first release goes out, the stores will create new pages for you automatically.
6. Social Media & Website Links
Linking your pages adds buttons to your music links so fans can find your social media easily.

Your contact email is for alerts. Your login email is how you log in. If you change your login email, make sure to click the link we send you to confirm the change.
8. Changing Your Password
Enter your current password, type your new password (at least 8 letters or numbers), and click save.
9. Closing Your Account
You can request to close your account in your settings. Once you do this, there is a 7-day waiting period before your account and songs are deleted. You can cancel this request at any time during the 7 days if you change your mind.
Note: Cancelling a closing request is instant, but once the 7 days are over, your account is gone forever and cannot be recovered.
