How to check on your songs, finish drafts, share links, and take down music.

Learn how to use your dashboard features to manage your music.

1. Checking Your Song's Status

After you upload music, we review it before sending it to stores. You can see where it is by looking at the status on your dashboard:

Status What it means What to do
Submitted We received your song. Waiting for us to look it over. Nothing to do yet.
In Review We are checking your files and cover picture to make sure stores will accept them. Nothing to do yet.
Needs Edits Something needs to be fixed (like a typo or a blurry cover picture). Follow the feedback to fix it. Click Edit & Resubmit to fix the issue and send it back to us. You won't lose your progress.
Processing Approved! We are getting your music ready to send to stores. We are delivering it now.
Delivered Your music has reached the stores. The stores are loading it.
Pending Live Stores have your music and will release it on your chosen release date. Scheduled to go live.
Live Your music is out now! People can stream it in stores. You can now share it or take it down.
Problem There was an error sending it to a store. We are working to fix it. Please email support.

2. Drafts (Saving for Later)

If you click "Save for later" while uploading, your draft is saved in the **"Save and release later"** section on your dashboard.

  • Resume: Click this to finish your upload right where you left off.
  • Clear: Click this to delete the draft and start over.

3. Music Sharing Links

Once your music is Live or Delivered, a **Share Release** button will show up on its card.

Clicking this opens a page with links to Spotify, Apple Music, and other stores in one place so you can share it with fans.

4. Removing Your Music from Stores

If you want to take your music off stores, you can do it from your dashboard:

  1. Click the Take Down button on the song card.
  2. Tell us why you are taking it down and submit the form.
  3. Check your email and click the confirmation link we sent you to finish.
  4. Stores usually take 2 to 14 days to take the music down.

Change your mind? If you want to stop the takedown, click **Cancel Takedown** on your dashboard to stop it right away.

5. Notification Alerts

Click the bell icon at the top of the page to see updates about your music. Click **"Clear notifications"** when you are done reading them.
